They are happy tears though because I've only gone and graduated! I crossed the finish line to Def Leopard's "Animal" and in my new funky leggings too!
I have just read back over all my posts on here. I made myself document almost every one and I'm glad i did. It confirms what an achievement today has been and shows just how great the c25k program is.
Feel oddly elated and bereft at the same time. I feel like i have grown up and have flown Jo and Laura's nest and now have to make my way alone in the big wide world. Eeeek!
Massive thanks to everyone on this forum who has supported and encouraged me along the way. Especially notquiteretired who is pulling me onto the podium as i write this! You have been my rock!

I’d love to try them but I really don’t think the world is ready for my legs in something that jazzy! Functional black bottoms for me for a while I fear! Might give the leggings thing a miss ,as I'm not going to beat those bad boys which you brought 😂😂. But if I do stumble cross a nice pair then I just might be tempted 😂😂. Watch this space ✌.

Just keeping running for 30 minutes for 3 weeks or so to give your body a chance to get used to running for that long before moving on to other things. IannodaTruffe has a great post in the C25K+ part ofnthe pinned posts

Thank you! Well i guess its the three consolidation runs and then i might gradually increase my running time until i actually make the full 5 km then take it from there. How are you getting on?
