Sorry for the photo but it had to be done 😂 I completed week 9 run 3 around Blackcomb Village yesterday morning. Thank you to all of you that have shown encouragement and shared words of wisdom, this has been very much appreciated. I'm way off the 5k mark so I am going to work on that now, I love running and the way it makes me feel and, again, the hike on Whistler yesterday really showed how far my fitness has come 😀 One happy English bird in Canada today 😁
