Today i ran by 20 min nonstop and it was so nice. I feared failure because I didn't think I could run the whole stretch without stopping. I did slo down a bit in the middle, but at the end, i just wanted to keep running. it such a beautiful feeling to run...Thank God for our health and for such great support form co-runners

You mean 25 mins ? Or week 5 run 3 ? Whichever one, well done for sticking it out and pushing through the bad bit !

Looking at your run description and title I think you may be following a different version of C25K than most of us did... don’t worry, they all work. The 20 minuter on the one I did was W5R3... but no matter, 20 minutes is a huge milestone. Great running, enjoy closing this out now.

At the very beginning before I even ran run 1 of C25K I thought that it was something to do with running 25 kilometres and dismissed the whole program but soon realised that it was couch to running 5 kilometres.
