Just done first run of week 3. To be honest the first 3 min run I was fine be the last 3 min run I was hard especially the last 60 seconds. Hopefully I will get used to it but I think that was the longest I’ve ever run. Will sleep well tonight😅

Well done, I've just done that one today as well. I really struggled last 3mins. Plus it's really warm, probably should've waited until the evening but I'm not really motivated then.

Read the faq article on running slow, it really helps with the longer runs.
