I received my Miles for Mind bling today after completing 25 miles during the month of May. Hope all my VRB’s have received theirs too and the little added surprise in with my medal didn’t last long. 🍭🥇
Also met Mr Hugh Bonneville (such a lovely gentleman) and basically said “it’s either me or the dog on your knee for a photo “ 📷 was all for charity and as you can see who won (she’s far cuter) no room for me (I did ask) 🤦🏼♀️!!!
Oh by the way this is my gorgeous sidekick called Crumble who has not helped me one bit in running the 25 miles - tried once and didn’t work, I either fell over her as she likes to sniff everything so gave up on that idea.

aww well done RunRunRun13 you did really well, crumble was cheering you from her bed no doubt, I also tried and failed miserably to run with one of our dogs, nightmare🙈😳
Thank you, yes she would still be in bed when I come back from an early run. She’s not a runner more like a squirrel sniffer, pee-up everything, stop suddenly and not a chance of running type dog ! Suppose some are and some aren’t !

(I’m still on the IC, not run since a week last Thursday on account of Achilles... ☹️. Concerned it still won’t be better by Monday - and Race at Your Pace has been neither raced nor paced... ☹️☹️)
I didn’t run to my rendezvous with Mr B as it may have given him a fright ! You haven’t seen the state of me at the end of a run (#frazzlerock #horrormovie)
Oh no ! What a complete pain and hoping it gets better for you soon so you can get out there, not good timing at all. Just got to make sure it’s fully better before starting but keeping everything crossed for you.
I’m blinking exhausted this month and finding it hard to fit in 50 miles - done 21 so far - think it’s this muggy weather (I over heat as it is) 😅
