Graduated tonight I did 2.9 miles in 43 minutes yay I know it’s slow but I couldn’t run for one blinking minute when I started also it’s took me more like 14 weeks to complete all the weeks but by George I’m so proud sorry if I’m rambling on but I’m shaking with excitement, I have now registered for park run which I will be doing in September. Am I going to keep in running YES I am, I have never felt so good in myself for many many years, thanks to all of you who have helped me with your encouragement what a lovely bunch you are 😆
