My running path

This is part of my running path where all being well I will be running for 25 minutes non stop early tomorrow morning, and at the moment I'm looking forward to it. It really is a lovely place to run, the path follows the beach for approximately 14 miles and has the downs about 2 miles away on one side and the English Channel on the other. At the Eastern end you can cut inland and then pick up a path either side of the River. It's a lovely safe cycle path as well

I've had to spend the day taking it easy and recovering from last night where in the words of Micky Flanagan I only popped out but I ended up out out! Not the best prep for tomorrow!

Great place to do it... I’d recommend not doing the whole 14 miles just yet though 😂
