I started couch to 5k in January and after I completed it in April, decided to attempt a 10K in the middle of June. I’ve almost finished the active 5 to 10K programme and feel ready to run the 10K next week. A friend of mine asked if I’d like to do an 8.5k obstacle course in October with her and I’ve said yes - but I’m not sure how to train my body for this! Any suggestions on Apps to follow would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been part using the Nike running app which also links to the Nike training app. Help!!

Do you post on the Bridge to 10k forum? Lots of great advice and support there too. Lots of people running similar distances to you and other challenges to increase speed and distance.
