Since graduating at the beginning of July I’ve enjoyed pushing on with longer distances. I’ve scheduled my first 10K for this week and hope to come in somewhere under 54 mins. This program has really given me a new lease of life!Hope it’s the same for you. Will keep you posted.

That would be an amazing time. Good luck
Best of luck bud. I can do it in just over an hour. I'm looking to reduce the time to under hour by end of November. Ive still got a bit of weight to loose, I'll get there!

The very best of luck Scooter! 👍 That would be an epic time! I’m giving myself until next August until my first 10k event! I’m a snail and it’ll take me a while to reach that milestone! 🏃♀️🐌
Report back with how it goes won’t you? 😀

Good luck Scooter!! You can do it!! And 54 mins target 🎯! Just doing the 10k is pretty damn fantastic! So your quids in! 😁😁😁❤️
Good luck Scooter, that’s a pretty speedy target. You’ll have to go over to the big girls and boys playground to get your 10k graduation badge. (Bridge to 10k forum).
