I’ve found Coach Bennett on the free Nike Run App really motivating after finishing Couch to 5 app. I’m not getting out as often as I was initially, I just soaked up the Couch to 5 up, loved every minute, did a couple of park runs and happy at 62 to plateau and stay around this level of running. But motivation does wane over the months and I was recommended this app, you can download a whole range of runs from15 mins to 10 k, lunchtime runs, headspace runs, don’t want to run runs (!) and I’ve found them really motivating to listen to and it’s good to reflect on stuff while you run.
