Did my first 10k race today in 1 hour 20 mins

I couldn't run 90 secs 4 weeks ago can't believe what I have achieved in such a short space of time 

plus raised a bit of money for charity

Keep going the programme works- stopped smoking in Jan as feel better than I did 10 years ago ☺

And Well done for kicking the fags into touch too !

Isn't it great to breathe clean fresh air into your lungs instead of all those baccy fumes ? 

I've been stopped 4 years this September . Packing the fags in and starting this programme are two of the best decisions I've ever made. 

Keep it up Jayz and you Paul too ! Your body will thank you for it ! xxx

Awesome, great achievement. Im Stuck at 8k at the mo, but still loving running. It's so addictive.

Yeah absolutely have you tried couch to 10 all I did was add an extra half k each week ☺☺☺

Doing great north run in September and planning to do Liverpool marathon & London next year
