Bridge to 10k

Hi folks

Is there an app for Bridge to 10k?? I’ve looked in the App Store but don’t see one that looks right. Any ideas?

When you Graduate.. after your weeks of consolidation and maybe C25K+ podcasts... there are a few plans you can follow... many of us used Sami Murphy... and many ju-ju- s 10 K plan.. and she is starting a new one soon !

Thanks Oldfloss. I’ve signed up for the new 10k plan as I’m due to graduate in 3 runs but thought there was another Nhs app. Will have a wee look at Sami Murphy podcast. Thanks. X

Make sure you take time to consolidate 30 minute runs first..don't go straight onto 10K!

Definitely. I’m planning at least another 2-3 weeks of 30 minute runs and I’m getting out every second day. Hopefully that will help. X
