Could probably chosen an easier run for my first. Still, 5.5k covered in 35mins. This is a trail run through woodland. Several hills which I walked (up!). Really happy with progress.
Oh my word that is amazing! I am on week 7 and i don't think i could manage that. Brilliant! 👏👏👏
