So first I couldn’t sleep because DH was snoring, went to the other room at about 03:00 to watch TV because I was still awake. Just started to doze off at 04:00 only for the geriatric spaniel to decide that was his time to wake up and have puppy play time. So at 05:00 I got dressed in my running gear then waited until the alarm went off at 06:30 to rescue my trainers from the bedroom then went straight out for my W4R3. Completed 3.7km before 07:00, it was quite pleasant running before anyone else was about, although unlikely to be repeated since I am not a morning person. It’s now 11:30am and I’m still wide awake without chance to sleep now because I’m going to the hairdresser at 13:00 then out for dinner tonight. Thank god I don’t need to run tomorrow and can catch up on sleep then.

Lots of coffee might help? ☕ I would suggest a pre-dinner power nap but that would risk messing up your new hair do! Well done though on your early morning zombie run, sounds like you enjoyed it.
