Just finished week 5 run 2. I really wasn't looking forward to it and definitely didn't think I could run for 8 minutes (albeit realllly slowly). But I've done it. The question is can I now conquer week 3, running for 20 minutes at once aaarrrggghhh

That last word in your post is not the way you need to feel regarding W5R3, you must look forward to it, you will conquer run 3 of week 5, just take that 20 minute run slow and steady, good luck. 👍 🏃 😊

Yes you absolutely can. You will amaze yourself and the feeling you get once you have completed it is brilliant. I'm still buzzing from my w5r3 last week!
