About to do week 5 run 2 gonna really try but I’m doubting I’ll be able to run for 8 minutes twice just yet but I’ll give it a go 🤪🥵🥵

I was a little apprehensive at the thought of doing the exact same run last week, but to my amazement ( and relief ) I was totally fine. I actually enjoyed it, and felt quite elated at having done it.

And having now done it, it's really given me more faith in the programme working.

The programme gets your body ready, and we have to get our head ready. Be positive.

I did it! Bit knackered on second 8 minutes but kept going, I think the next one is the bigger deal for me 20 minutes non stop! 🤪
