I started my couch to 5k journey back in January, reached week 9 run 1 in just over 9 weeks, then went on holiday and struggled to get back into it. In April I managed to redo week so 8 and 9 and completed it. Again then due to work commitments and other life stuff I have only been managing the odd run here and there, and was feeling too much of a fraud to claim my graduation badge. However at the weekend i chose a new route, decided to measure it for the first time using a gps watch managed to get out and not only do 30mins but seeing I was so close pushed on to 32.57 and 5k!!!!!! The enthusiasm has returned and I can’t wait to get back out there on this new found high! Can I claim my badge now?
