I have never run before but this week I completed week 9:3 and feel fantastic! I have only ever managed a distance of 4.1K and today I ran the ‘stepping stone’ podcast and have upped my pace but still only 4.1K. I will get the 5K but so impressed that I can call myself a runner! Wow!
