Hit the Running Brick Wall !

I completed the Couch to 5K over a year ago and up until a couple of months ago was running 5K ,three times a week, dieting and losing weight, however a few injuries stopped my progress, ankle sprain, swollen foot, leg pain, muscle strain...now I have this mental block and can't get running or have the desire i used to....what's happening? (Suggestions?)

Thanks...

Why not start C25k again? You know it will build you safely to running again.

Or just pop your gear on and go out the front door, no agenda, no pre determined idea of running distance or time. In fact you don't have to run if you don't feel like it.

It could be the fear of more injury putting you off. 🤷‍♀️ Totally understandable. But sometimes we have to do the old fake it til you make it routine :)

Whatever you do I hope you rediscover your running mojo 😊
