Well people would call me the biggest fat person they know

Now I’m the biggest FIT person people know

9 weeks ago over 17 stone now 4 kilos lighter

I feel great have not been into running in my 52 years now I wake up ever other day with the dog and run with a reason to get fitter after having three heart attack’s in 2015

Anybody out there at week 1,2,3 and so on you can do this !!!!!!!!

Congratulations on almost completing C25K, not nice people call you those names, once you have completed C25K and graduated challenge them to a 5 minute run, I bet after that they will respect you and stop calling you fat.

Go you! 🎉👏🏼🎉 A great achievement already, and almost a C25k graduate. Onwards and ... downwards with the weight; upwards with the running! 👍

Great job on the running and the weight loss. For me, being fit is more important than being healthy BMI... especially as the fitness enables you to burn fat a little easier. I stated this healthy BMI and so incredibly unfit that I really don’t think I had long left... a year later I can run 10k, but I’m a few pounds above healthy BMI... I know which me would live longer if they both existed! Most people can’t run a mile... heck most people can’t run 5 minutes... you can do 30 now, there’s nothing that you can’t achieve and you’ll meet all your goals. Enjoy closing this part of that out.
