Well done you and I agree wholeheartedly the app is amazing. But please don't forget you are too. It was you who did the runs, not the app. You who applied yourself both to a diet and to running. So damn big hand for someone who's done a great amazing job.🏅🏅🏅

Jan, you really are a brilliant cheerleader!

Where are you on the colour chart now?

Thanks but really I am following two masters... you and oldfloss. If you can take the time then frankly so can I. I need this forum for butt kicking, otherwise I slide and become part of the actual sofa. So colour chart progress, after some blips Monarch is definitely history. Salsa red predominates given Italy's heatwave called Lucifer. I think unlike us, we have storm names, they seem to have heatwave names, how Latin is that?

However I am back in London where it is about 18 degrees, so I am thinking raspberry diva is within sight. Sorbet is my aspiration for Week 9.

Jan says it all.......yes it's a wonderful app, but you did the work and I am sure that you now have more belief in what your amazing body can do.

Well done!

Keep running, keep smiling.

Thank you folks. What a great community you have here will definitely be checking here regularly. Champagne is chilling ready for after W9 Run 3 and a park run will be booked for the week after.

Has anyone experience of the 5k to 10k progression ? Is it as tough as I think it would be ?
