Back to the start. I hate running when cold and wet! Put on weight, couch potato mindset so it has to change. Getting through the door is the hardest thing, worrying about what people will think of a very slow old person doing this.

But the only way to get better is to do the runs so first one done.

You've done this before so you know you just completed the most important run of all. You're on your way now 😁Let us know about your progress!

Go You and go all less than spring chickens who are giving it their best shot.

Be kind and gentle on yourself, you’ve done it before so you know . It’s not about speed or glory, it’s about time spent building yourself gradually into a fitter, stronger version of you.

Terrifically done to get out the door in this weather.

Will look forward to your progress in Week1.

Agree and disagree with Jeremiah above, Agree it's not about speed, but it is about glory, the glory of completing every run, the glory of finishing every week and the glory of completing C25k. I restarted this just after New year after 4 years away, and now staring w9R3 before me, I have enjoyed this time more than last as I hope you do, we have the benefit of knowing what's to come and the knowledge we can do it. Keep up the good work and count those runs off.

Not what you're looking for?
