Feeling pleased with myself tonight as finished C25K today.
I’ve found C25K a really good way to get into running and stuck with Laura all the way
I will carry on running regularly at this level whilst I decide to stick at 5k or train for 10k.
Good luck everyone who is here training.
I can’t recommend enough that good running shoes make ALL the difference to performance and keep injury at bay, also I’ve been wearing lower leg compression footless socks as running years ago I got shin splints, but not this time.
