Well after a long time I’m back in the trainers, it’s been a long and hard road to get here, but this time I’m doing it.
I’m now running well mostly running 5K regularly. Still working up to the 30 mins continues running with the aid of the C25K app. Not many weeks to go until graduating the strangest this is that I’m really enjoying the running now. I’ve lost 5 stone in the last 10 months and the few bouts of C25K before have really helped this time around
Those that follow me on Strava will have seen my runs, I’m planning on running the Cheltenham classic in September as my first 10K although I’ve not entered it yet I do plan to soon (ish)
