I’m back!

I was a member of this community way back in 2017, graduated C25K, and then never ran again. Whaaat, what was that all about??

Anyway, I’m back here now, at it again, at W4R2. I’ve been thinking of you all through these first few weeks, remembering Oldfloss words about going slow and steady (believe me, I am!) and wondering if Mummycav is still here - you are! - I remember that we were working through the programme at a similar stage.

I’ve read through my posts from back then and actually quite inspired myself, I can’t believe that was me speaking 😂. Now I’m in my mid-fifties, far less fit but determined to do something about it. New running shoes incoming this afternoon, and off I go! 🏃‍♀️

Fantastic to see you here and congratulations on your great progress so far! New running shoes are the best incentive to get out there and enjoy them. Make sure you post a pic so we can all drool :)

🍏👏👏🏃‍♀️🙌 Welcome back!! Great decision!! Mummycav & Oldfloss will be delighted 🤩 Incredibly well done for getting into week4. It’s so helpful when we repeat the programme as we know we did before and so that fear factor is gone! Keep in touch here so we can encourage you all the way & further this time round!
