So after having a break over winter I’m back!!!!! We have two young boys and the only time I’ve been able to find to fit running in is 5am before everyone else wakes up but over winter I’m too scared to run in the pitch black, so I’ve not really run since end of October apart from the odd little bit here or there just lots and lots of walking. I’ve started back on the C25K app, I’ve started back on week 3 this morning (probably a cardinal sin skipping weeks) but I completed it with no issues, in fact I could of carried on when the running sections were over. I’m so excited to be back now the morning are getting lighter again 😆

Welcome back ☺ As a graduate I think you're allowed to skip weeks 😉

Hey you.... welcome back.. we're still here. Well done for picking this up...:)

You are sensible picking up slowly.. you know the form..use these runs as a warm up... relaxed and enjoyable..I repeated five weeks of C25K after along spell on the IC... tweaking bits here and there, and I am very glad I did so.

As ever, listen to your body and you will be back to where you were very soon. I did 7K Sunday and was very happy with that.. :)

Slow and steady will get you there:)
