Week 1 in the bag.

Just completed W1R3 and wanted to tell someone..... the fact I not only went out and ran again but how much I enjoyed it as did my 4 legged companion. I have 2 but this one is young and was remarkably well behaved. Actually looking forward to starting Week 2 is that even possible? So pleased I took the plunge..

Brilliant! Hope you and your 4-legged run buddy have fun on your runs together. My furry friend did week 1 with me but dug her paws in at week 2 - don’t think I was going fast enough for her! She’s too keen on smells and following her own nose than following me!! 🐶 🐾 🌳

However she looks at me a bit wistfully now when I head out on longer runs without her.... maybe she’s going to change her mind?

Well done for doing C25K. You will be so glad you started!

I have lost count of the times i have tried to start running as a hobby . This is a first, enjoying the whole experience and looking forward to the next one. Putting it down to the NO PRESSURE approach C25K. Wish I had done it years ago..... So much support on here too

Well done on completing week 1 you said you enjoyed it so that’s a bonus it does get harder but trust and follow this program it really does work when I first did week 1 I was shattered now I’m running 28mins next run and I can do it without stopping but stretching before and after helps as well as hydrating before during and after and also run when it’s nice and cool I found out the hard way and ran in the heat big no no and welcome to the forum 😉🏃🏻‍♂️💦💧

I have fallen in love with the early morning run with one of my dogs. Im enjoying the challenge, the fresh air and Michael telling me Ive finished. looking forward to the future when my mind can wander as I run for now I just feel positive. thanks for motivation.. may need more of that in a few weeks....

Yes I will be here for you to keep you motivated and another thing some people redo runs because they didn’t feel that they did a good run I didn’t so don’t you you will do great as it’s not needed 😉🏃🏻‍♂️ plus it’s going to slow you down but it’s up to you 😉
