Happy to report a successful first week ! Glad to be taking it slow as back has niggled but not worsened . Feel privileged to have Denise Lewis as a personal trainer on the journey . Can’t wait for week 2 !

Thanks , hope your back gets better quickly too . I’m doing recovery exercises as I have had issues before and hopeful it should clear up soon

Hey, me too! Been wanting to do c25k for ages but never got round to it. Have tried my own version (running until I can’t run anymore) but end up injured after about 15 mins so thought I’d follow an actual programme and build up slowly instead. Going well so far and enjoying it and injury free so far

I’ve completed c25k before and dipped in also to get into a good exercise routine . It’s worked for me so good luck
