Just completed week 1 run 1 and feeling chuffed. I’ve tried many times on my own but I’m not a natural runner. This app makes me feel like I have a goal and help to do it. Will keep you posted 🤓

Congratulations on starting C25K and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, hydrate well, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1. 😊 🏃
