1st work day run and dark run.

I hope everyone has had a good day, and managed a good run if it’s run day.

I Got out there, i’m repeating week 1 but managed the whole run again for only the 2nd time, but first time running in the dark and first time after a day at work. I’m achy and tired but also buzzing.

Honestly never thought I’d either manage to jog more than a few steps, or feel so good afterwards.

Brilliant. You've got such a great attitude.

You will do this. You will graduate.

It doesnt matter if you repeat a run, it doesnt matter if you repeat a week.

What matters, the only thing that matters is that you're getting out there and doing it.

Proud of you!

Mig

Well done. It’s tough to get up and leave the house after work in the dark. You did it!!! Brilliant 😀

Thank you. Yes it is tough isnt it!

Well done! I'm a 5am runner during the week before work and today was a run day, just wait until summers here, by far the best time of day to get out there.

I was suspecting that early morning during summer months will be lovely. I’m actually really looking forward to that

It's brill, i'm lucky to live near a 400 acre stretch of green & the sunrise with all the wildlife really does set you up for the day!

Thank you so much. I don’t honestly know how I’m doing it. I suspect a lot of people feel that same about their c25k experiences too :)

Well done 😊

I had to run 🏃 after work yesterday too, only done semi dark mornings 7-8am before that. But it was actually better than I thought & you're right, the buzz once you've done it is amazing 😊

Good luck with your next run 🏃, you got this 😊 👣
