Still plugging away - should I repeat W7?

Haven’t been on here for a while as I was on holiday and now travelling for work. So it’s been a bit more challenging to for runs in but I managed to be at home for long enough to ‘run’ my local Parkrun on Saturday. I did W7R3 during it and although I completed the 5k it was a pretty slow time - 42mins. I did 3x 25min runs but did not feel I improved at all. Found all of them equally hard. I have to do my next run on the treadmill and wondering if I should repeat W7 so I can consolidate or should I just rock on.

Hey there, the advice is unless you have a run you didn’t finish, you should move on. Yes some runs are tough, challenging, but if you finished them that run is done, move on.

Great to see how well you are doing. Yes I went with week 8. I had to do it on a treadmill as I’m away for work but I got there. Advice on here was, as ever, spot on.
