I’ve done it it but I can’t say that I’ve seen much improvement run by run this week. I know I’ll be increasing to 28 mins tomorrow 😬 which seems crazy! Should I be repeating 25min runs until I feel more at ease? Or should I just go for it?

W7 done but still really tough - should I be repeating runs?
If you have successfully completed week 7 then just go on to week 8
You will be physically ready for it 😁👍
I took a lot of rest and repeated quite a few runs between weeks 6 - 9! You don’t need to rush it just do what you’re comfortable with. I felt better moving forward having done the 25 mins a few extra times until I was comfortable
Go for it Moomin63, there’s no point in repeating 25min runs when the next ones are just 3 mins more, you’re still building up fitness and stamina, so be patient and it will get easier, it just takes time.....lecture over 😜 well done and stay positive 👍🏃♀️💪🏻
If any run is tough, just slow down.

Believe and you will achieve.
Will try to slow down although not sure it’s possible to go slower! 😂 but as you say have to believe!
Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
Im not sure as havent tried it but will next time i go for a run. I was hummng along to my tunes at one point, but dont think it lasted that long! Thanks Ian.
You can do it 🏃♀️
I know what you mean about it feeling tough, I’ve just completed W6/R3 so 25 mins non-stop, I did it but it was challenging and now my legs are aching.
I give myself more than a day between sometimes to get my energy levels back. From R2 to R3 I left 3 clear days as my ham strings were too achy. I am stretching but I think they are just not used to this type of weight bearing for long periods so taking it slow but moving forward all the time. My next will be W7. Keep moving forward but allow yourself some rest time in between.
You can do this.. just keep moving forward slowly. Good luck 😊
It's just another three minutes. Treat them as a 25 minute run with a little bit extra added. It's only the length of another song.
Heyyy
I did my W8 R1 yesterday and to be honest the time difference was so minimal by the end of it, especially being in a rhythm, I'd crack on
