I had to force myself out to do it. But it's done πŸ˜€. 25 minutes of running. Never thought i would get this far. Week 7 looks achievable now. πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ‘Š

Thank you. At first I thought to myself, I will never manage 5k then I had a reality check and realised I had just run 3.5k. I struggled to run 60 seconds in week 1 so yes I am very pleased with myself. πŸ˜ƒ

I run in the afternoon but is morning running better ? I’m starting week 7 tomorrow. Hopefully I don’t pass out on the sidewalk.

I generally run at night after work about 7.30pm and in the morning on Sunday. It doesn't seem to make a difference in terms of ease but It is a nice feeling getting it done at the beginning of the day. I just have to make sure there is big enough gap after eating so the run after work means a late dinner πŸ™„. You could experiment and see what works best for you. Good luck. 🀞
