Wasn't too sure about the thoughts of running for 25 minutes non stop but went out tonight and did it!!!! I wish Laura could have heard my thank yous to her and seen my massive smile when she said I'd done it :-) x

Wahay! Well done!! That's the hardest week over with. You're batting downhill now.

It really is SOME achievement so bask in your glory for this evening. Propose a toast to yourself, and Laura o'course, without whom ...... tee hee

Haha and anybody else who I may have forgotten........

Is that right that its the hardest week then? x

Hi Lozzie23

I did my W6R3 this morning at 8:30 am and know exactly how you feel.

I still class myself as a jogger but at least I can now jog for 25 mins without stopping which I would never have thought possible way back on 11th January when I felt knackered running for 90 seconds at a time.

I think the increments up to 30 minutes, should be manageable. over the next 3 weeks so bring it on.

I keep seeing people mention Laura as a coach and her podcasts but I don't see a Laura on my app. I have just started c25k so am I just missing something?

Going for Monday. I started on the 11th January and kept to a steady 3 x weekly run. I'm just working out a longer route now. I'm much better if I know exactly what my route is then I don't have to think about anything ! How about you ?

Yep week 6 is the hardest, so that's it over and done with. You can now look forward to Graduation. Just keep going SLOWLY and you will finish without incident. Have fun. These final runs are to be savoured.
