Wasn't too sure about the thoughts of running for 25 minutes non stop but went out tonight and did it!!!! I wish Laura could have heard my thank yous to her and seen my massive smile when she said I'd done it x

I did my W6R3 this morning at 8:30 am and know exactly how you feel.
I still class myself as a jogger but at least I can now jog for 25 mins without stopping which I would never have thought possible way back on 11th January when I felt knackered running for 90 seconds at a time.
I think the increments up to 30 minutes, should be manageable. over the next 3 weeks so bring it on.
