Well I have done W7R1 and I had a week off from running as I had a cold but I felt great and still was able to do it so my endurance has really improved and I’m feeling very proud off myself 🏃🏼‍♂️😉 I’ve even registered for parkrun which is 5k I believe so I will do it when I’m doing W9 and then I’m going to train for a 10k run as you can tell I’m slightly addicted to running

You definitely have the running bug Kevtrev, the sad thing about that is there is no cure, many people here find that once they catch the bug they just keep running as you have done. 😊 🏃

I hope you enjoy your first 5k Parkrun and of course good luck for your graduation run in a few weeks time. 😊 🏃

Well done, bet it felt good to get back out there! What is your local park run like? I'm going to give mine a go but the hills are a bit off putting! Beautiful surroundings though so maybe that'll distract me... 😅

Yes I felt great getting back to it. Not yet done the parkrun but a few hills won’t bother me as I’ve been going up them so I’m finding it easier going up hill so that won’t be a problem my local park is Hyde in Tameside it would be good to get a small group to go to one for the first time but it’s organising it 😉🏃🏼‍♂️

I know that I need to stop trying to avoid hills... 😅 Yes, a group to go with would be fab, I know there's someone on here who is touring round them but I forget the name!

Yes just go for the hills and once you’re doing them you will find it easier and you’re endurance will improve trust me I go and find the hills. And you can do it happy running 👍😉🏃🏼‍♂️

Hi, I'm on week 7 all was going well but skipped today's run as not feeling too good. Feel a bit disappointed in myself, but I will be back on track on Tuesday.
