Back after a week off

Ended up taking a week off with a flu bug after finishing W2 so repeated a W2 run as I was a bit worried how my lungs would cope. First 90 seconds run was hard but after that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be so it's W3 for my next run. Help!

Beginning to get addicted to this running lark.
