I was at school the last time I ran anywhere, just completed week 3, so far so good, really looking forward to testing myself

Well done to you and your enjoying it just trust the program it really does work I was the same 60 second run killed me now 7 weeks in I can run 25mins without stopping and I’m loving it. And welcome to the forum 😉🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️
