The very nice people at Richmond Parkrun appear to have given me a mention in their news page this week. How spiffingly top knotch!!

Yes! If I survive Friday night (sis in law coming to stay for the weekend) my cunning plan is to do Richmond again. But it really depends if I can get up that early....
