Well i took on board everyones advice and took it steady from the start to save a bit if energy, especially as it was 20 degrees as well
I completed the 28min run and added 2 mins at the end as i felt i had that in reserve. Legs where very heavy at the end. Wow i have ran for 30mins non stop. Slower then my run 1 of week 8 but i enjoyed it more.
Thanks for the advice my fellow runners. enjoy the sun and your runs.

Awesome Daz, it was hot out there today, you did well in that 😓... ...You're smashing it! 🏃♂️ Not long now 🏆
Congrats Daz on running for 30 minutes! Bet you didn't think you'd be doing that 8 weeks ago. Well done for taking it slow and steady, we do speak from experience 👍😄
As long as you're warming up and stretching before and after runs and not trying to go too quickly, there shouldn't be any reason you don't graduate from C25K next week! Your 🏆🥇 awaits...
I ran for quite a long time before I realised Laura was broken followed by my music going silent. So I had to run in silence timing myself. I didn’t like it! I couldn’t relax as I had to keep checking my watch. But It suddenly struck me, I might have to do that when this is over? I think I’ll miss Laura when this is done. I’ll have to find another guru.
