Week 4 run 2 sorted

This morning I set out for my run and it was wet and cold. I was already dressed and out the door so there was no turning back. After a spot of rain the day brightened as I ran as an added bonus like it was saying 'well done you'. As always the first run is the hardest but I soon got in the swing of it. I followed the suggestion of changing the route to add variety. This morning I took in two bridges and a field. As a reward I played my favourite song at the end. It always puts a spring in my step at the end of the cool down.
