Well it was the 2nd run of week 8. What a tropical day we had today! The heavens opened during the day and left temps of around 10-12°C for the evening. With this in mind I thought to myself "same approach as Monday night Saul nice and easy, regulate the pace, etc and should be a walk in the park."

What do you know the regulator valve broke! pace was faster today, which led to my longest run yet with a medium pace. Still felt good at the end, again no heavy breathing and managed to recover quicker than I expected, which must be a bonus.

I was told to expect Julie to turn up at some point in the runs this week, but nothing as yet. Does she turn up in week 8 or 9?

  • Not telling. Suffice it to say she'll be with you soon. Once she arrives she never leaves.

Well done Saul! Balmy day indeed. I was sweating cobs in my many layers whilst out with the dog

  • Well done running buddy!!!! That's great! Sorry I was missing in action yesterday in the deep confines of the M25.

I did mine tonight and it wasn't as easy as yours was.

I shall post mine up that I did tonight!
