Yep now I’m in first week of the rest of my life if you see what I mean! This running thing has rapidly become something I look forward to. I think it might be making me more resilient to stress.....has anyone else found that? I’m coping with stuff at work that would’ve floored me before. Now I secretly go β€œhuh! I can RUN (a bit!) so I can definitely do THIS thing” 😁

I do agree with you Jerichomile regarding running as a stress reliever/buster, many people find that running does relieve work stress, your title "I love C25K ." yes, who does NOT love C25K? πŸ˜€.

Thanks Shar71, how’s your running journey?

β€’ in reply toJerichomile

It's an amazing journey I have undertaken and hopefully a journey that will continue for many years, there are so many benefits to be had from running, mentally and physically, I'm currently on wk7 r3 tomorrow and looking forward to graduation which is not the end its just the beginning 😁

Congrats Jerichomile πŸ™‚ C25K loves you too πŸ‘

Running is a known stress-buster, I'm glad it's been doing that for you!

I'm sure most people you bump into at work couldn't run as far as you can!

Get joined to the Bridge to 10k and see where you want to take your running next πŸΎπŸŽŠπŸŽ‰πŸŽ†

Beautiful photo , that looks amazing. I definitely agree with the stress relief.

My dad is retired now but he had a very stressful job and used to run each lunch time as we lived so close to his work and recently he told me he needed to do that.

Oooh I have location envy. Stunning photo πŸ‘ how's the consolidation going?

JerichomileGraduateβ€’ in reply toJogunlikely

Oops........πŸ˜” to be honest I’ve struggled....I missed last week out altogether. Mixture of tired and got derailed by some stress stuff. I’m going out today though and will do W9 again to restart consolidation. Thanks so much for asking. I’m a lone runner (not with a running group) so appreciate the community support! Send me some encouragement?!? Thanks.

No probs. Just remember you can run for as long or as little as you like :) so if short of time a quick 10/15 min jog round the block would be good πŸ‘πŸ˜Š
