Decided to try an early morning run rather than leave the day go on and Iโm so pleased! I managed to run through the last two 90 second runs and the 2 minutes I was supposed to be recovering all in one go. So a total of 5 minutes consecutive running which felt impossible to me at one stage! I just wanted to push myself a bit to see where my limit was, and I was really surprised at how much I can do even this early on in the program. So chuffed ๐

Well done.
The carefully considered progression of the programme is that way for a reason.
Take care.
Thankyou I am careful, Iโve been building on my aerobic fitness and strength since January as I take two spin classes a week. I didnโt push myself to exhaustion ๐

Good to know you ran consecutive 5min but hold your horses lady. It would be better to stick to the schedule. You may want to build in a good rhythm before the longer runs of W4 and above come in.
Yeah I donโt do it every time, because I havenโt been able to and I donโt jog quickly at all, I was just enjoying so decided to give a little more and before I knew it she said it was time for the next run. It wasnโt intended and I didnโt exhaust myself ๐
