I was dreading stepping it up to 3 min runs and wasnโt feeling too positive that I would be able to do it but decided to try and I smashed it. I run on a treadmill and usually end up clock watching so decided to put something on the iPad and watch that instead. Before I knew it Iโd run for 2 mins ๐. Actually found it easier than lots of short runs, maybe this was because I was distracted by watching something other than the clock. Either way Iโm chuffed ๐๐
