Well done. Be careful with week 6. It's achievable if you approach it properly, but sometimes people get complacent because having run for 20 minutes they think 8 minutes will be easy. But it's NOT 8 minutes, is it? It's 18 or 20 minutes actual running plus short, brisk walks. People make the mistake of looking at the individual runs instead of the total effort of the whole workout.
Don't worry though, you'll get through as long as you're not complacent. By run 3 you'll be glad to get back to the long continuous runs again
Thanks for the advice, good to hear from someone who has been there and done it.
