My 1st 5k run!

Today I ran 5k in 39 mins👍 felt such a sense of achievement as it's the longest and furthest I've run, onwards and upwards to my first park run, which i plan to do after my 63rd birthday next month 😉

Reached 30 mins but only doing 4K at the moment must push myself a little to reach 5k
