Ok worried to death first time doing this not out of bed yet trying to find the motivation. Where is it..??!! C’mon I can do this.....ha!

You’ve got this! It’s only half an hour. That time is going to pass anyway so get out and start your CT5K journey :) In half an hours time you’ll be so glad you did!

The most difficult step is the first one.

Once you have done that......

You might just as well do another.

Now you have progress and improvement to look back on.

You may find you will enjoy the journey. I hope so.
