I think it's because I'm 'a woman of a certain age'😊 but I got very emotional when I finished today's W4R1! When Jo said something like "you've run 16 minutes, which is longer than you've walked" I nearly cried with happiness and pride! I still have a long way to go but I'm just starting to believe I might actually complete C25K (did I actually just type that!).
