Graduation - It's been emotional!

I graduated over the weekend and have just been for my first post graduate run without Laura. Though I kind of miss her it was brill to be out there on my own so to speak especially when I think back to the first week and how hard it seemed.

I can't quite believe that i can now run 4.75 km in 30 min without stopping. I still find it difficult, bits of me ache and it's a slog but right now I feel I can acomplish anything so I'm going to stick with it and fingers crossed in the not too distant future I'll be able to complete 5k in well under the 30min mark.

I could never have done this without the podcast and the inspirational blogs and comments on this site so to all of you who ask the questions I have in my head and the rest of you who share your words of wisdom, hard won through experience, thank you very very much!
