I had keyhole surgery on my knee in 2010, in the past it has given me some trouble but since starting C25K it has been ok which I am a little confused by.....I’m only due to start week 4 but as the weeks go on and running time increases should I be wearing a support or should I even be running? I’ve heard both yes and no to running but I really don’t want to stop. If anyone out there has had surgery and has any advice I will greatly appreciate it 😊🏃♀️

Huge well done you..
But...please do take advice from the medical experts..we are not medically trained and even folk with similar experiences may have different views..
Best to get expert advice and hopefully be able to continue this adventure.. 😊
I agree with Oldfloss , a professional opinion is necessary. Hope it all goes well
If you had an arthroscopy, where bits of floating cartilage have been removed from your knee ... nearly a decade ago, and you haven't had any problems since I'd suggest that you are good to go.
No need for extra support if you are following the C25K plan and haven't got pain in the knee. The 'bits' that caused the pain have gone, and your knee-internals should have healed up by now!
Just 'listen' to your body, and if you have any probs go and see a doctor.

It’s a good idea to do some strengthening exercises between runs to make sure you protect those knees... ask a physio for advice
